Stoneridge-Pollak and Vantage Developments have just released a modern high quality manufacturing and office unit suitable for advanced engineering, automotive, electronics, aerospace or plastics production.
Available for occupancy from December 2008, Unit 4 provides ideal assembly areas for mechanical, electrical or electronic component production and includes a modern 9,800 sq ft office block built to the latest specifications on two floors. The manufacturing area includes a climate controlled laboratory and other areas suitable for testing, R&D, prototyping, CAD/CAM and quality control. Unit 4 was completely refurbished in 2004-5. Vantage Developments built a new 9,800 sq ft office block and re-roofed the entire complex, to meet the best manufacturing standards. Stoneridge-Pollak installed a modular electrical power distribution network and compressed air services to serve the entire production floor and developed an automated guided vehicle (AGV) network for component transport.
